Membrane separation processes are used under the aid of a membrane solutions, to disconnect Ion, molecules, or particle. Traditionally filtration proceedings are reaching just only a separating line of app. 10 µ m until 1 µ m. All finer water components have to be split out with other proceedings.
We have different technologies to use: the Reverse Osmosis (RO), the Nano Filtration (NF), the Ultrafiltration (UF) and the Crossflow Micro Filtration (CFM ).

Cyclone filter to 5µm

Cyclone filtration plant to split aluminium oxide out of the water

At the common beam processes today, we get smallest particles as waste. To remove these pollutions from the water used in the circulation, JKF develops a plant, which removes the used beam medium out from the circulation and minimize the arising costs.

Sand Filter
Sand Filter

Sand filter become used in the ordinary waste filtration. By an automatically or hand controlled backwards swill the collected waste in the filter containers get taken off. Sand filter plants will be used mostly in private enterprises, if through an unusual high sordidness devolution with the multiple tube filters the operating costs getting to high. Their functional range is also in the cooling water filtration, for example at part-current-filter. For business industry and water supply enterprises become sand-filter developed until a flow through capacity of 1000 m³ / hr.

Micro- & Nanofiltration

Principle Microfiltration

At the Mikrofiltration will be set inducts - and hollow fibre membranes with a pore size up to 0,02µm. Solids and emulsified pearls can be filtered out by the reason of their particles bulk. The disconnected solids become by a periodical backward swill of the membranes with the filtrate out of the facility.

Principle Nanofiltration

The cleaning medium get pumped with high flow velocity through the membrane module. High molecularly materials get thereby keeped back of the membrane, during the low molecularly components and solvent as the filtrate pass the membrane. The keeped back materials will be get taken of the membrane surface directed back into the reaction container and here up-concentrated. The acuteness and the material of the membranes become conformist to the problem.

Reverse Osmosis

Principle of the Reverse Osmosis

The osmosis process is known from the nature. In this process flows clean water without external effects through a semiperable membrane into a salt fluid. This process comes afterwards to the standstill, if the osmotic pressure of the used solution is reached. It is called - osmotic equilibration.
In the industrial application to making of desalted water, this principle will be reversed. Hereby pressure will be activated on the higher concentrated solution (raw water). After transgression of the osmotic pressure in the solution clean water flows through the membrane. The water components can not pass the membrane and get keeped back The preconditioning occurs usually over a filtration with the admixture of stabilisation materials.
